Welcome to Nanded Events. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nanded Events mobile application, website, and related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing events, purchasing tickets, or using any feature of Nanded Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activities that occur under your account.

  • Keeping your contact information up to date.

Nanded Events is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4. Ticket Booking

When purchasing tickets, you agree that:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Ticket prices are determined by the event organizer.

  • Service charges, taxes, and convenience fees may apply.

  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

  • You must present a valid QR Code or digital ticket for entry.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Nanded Events does not store your complete card or banking information.

In the event of a failed payment where funds are debited, refunds will be processed according to the payment gateway's policies.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the event organizer's cancellation policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Convenience fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancelled events may be eligible for refunds.

  • Rescheduled events may not be eligible for refunds.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Event Changes

Event organizers may:

  • Change the venue

  • Change the timing

  • Reschedule

  • Cancel an event

Nanded Events acts only as a ticketing platform and is not liable for changes made by organizers.

8. QR Code Entry

Each ticket contains a unique QR Code.

Users must not:

  • Duplicate tickets

  • Share tickets for fraudulent use

  • Alter QR Codes

Duplicate or invalid tickets may be rejected at the venue.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system.

  • Upload harmful software or malware.

  • Interfere with platform operations.

  • Post false or misleading information.

  • Engage in fraudulent ticket purchases or resale where prohibited.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

10. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Event content

  • Venue arrangements

  • Safety and security

  • Required government permissions

  • Compliance with applicable laws

  • Event execution

Nanded Events does not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any event.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nanded Events platform, including:

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • App design

  • Software

  • Text

  • Icons

  • Trademarks

is owned by or licensed to Nanded Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanded Events shall not be liable for:

  • Event cancellations

  • Venue-related issues

  • Losses caused by organizers

  • Personal injury at events

  • Delays or interruptions beyond our control

  • Technical failures

  • Loss of profits or indirect damages

14. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Payment gateways

  • Maps and navigation

  • Analytics

  • Social media platforms

  • SMS and email providers

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Misuse the platform

  • Threaten platform security

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nanded, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Updated versions will be published within the app and on our website. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
